Nice clean and large hotel rooms close to Hahoe Village and the Andong Paper Factory. Staff were helpful and great at organising taxis for us, a group of 6 people. Close to a great coffee shop and Chinese restaurant

Staff spoke english. Super friendly. Excellent location 40+ restaurants within a couple blocks. Low price but very upscale. Underground parking included.

Clean, full amenities, relatively quiet. Bed was comfortable. The remote controls everything including room temperature and lighting. Well maintained. There was pipe noise whenever neighbor flushes or use shower. The breakfast buffet was good but healthier options would be more desirable.

The location is good in new developed area of Andong. Very close to Andong Hua Wu historical site. There are a lot of restaurant near the hotel which provide plenty of dinner choices.

There was a female employee who helped us arrange passenger transportation bookings and solve transportation problems. I really appreciate.

Good selection at breakfast. Good location near town center where the neighborhood was full of restaurants, Churches, culture, Laundry. Parking in the basement was very nice - always an open spot. The staff was always very helpful to us 'Americans'!
